A Pep Talk for Awesomeness!

One of my cool responsibilities at work is staff engagement. So, throughout the week, you will find me at my desk for hours surfing the internet for some inspiration. Today, I visited Quantum Workplace. This company is responsible for the Best Places to Work Survey. I happen to come across one of their blogs called Culture. Lo and behold, something inspiring popped into my computer screen. His name is Robby Novak and he is Kid President. As you watch the video, you will see how awe inspiring this kid can be. What others may not know is that Robby has Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) a brittle bone condition which has resulted in him having over 70 breaks since birth. What is even more inspiring about Robby isn't his condition, but the fact that his condition doesn't define who he is. In spite of all he's been through he not only keeps going - he dances.

Kid President's message is simple - We don't want boring. We're gooder than that! It's everybody's duty to give the world a reason to dance! So what are you waiting for? Go out there and make your world awesome!!
