What Would You Do?

As I was doing some research on a company based here in San Antonio, I decided to check out their Facebook page. While on their page, I came across this picture in their album:

I thought to myself, what a profound question to ask! What would I do? My brain started churning with so many ideas. Now, I can take this question and look at it in many ways. My mommy self says I would home-school my children and start a community garden. I say this because I have a bit of a nurturing side. I'd like to stay home and teach my children so I can spend time with them and I have a little bit of a green thumb! Fresh fruits and veggies are much more yummier when I know I grew them myself! My philanthropist side says I'd like to start a non-profit organization by helping with the youth in less fortunate areas gain an education (my nurture side again!). My business side says to invest in real estate. I'd buy a few apartment complexes, fix them up, and rent it out. There's a lot of money in real estate investing! My college self says to graduate on time! The program that I am in takes about 5 years to complete. 5 looong years!

As you can see, there are many possible answers to the question. So, let me ask, what would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?

  1. That's a hard one...I guess I would really need to think about what I would want to do. I would also like to stay home and spend more time with my son. Maybe part-time, I would open up my own business, maybe a restaurant or event planning business. I'm not sure, I have too many ideas now. Guess you went through the same thing too!

  2. that is a wonderful question, it opens your eyes up to what is possible, and what your dreams really are. All that is left is to pick a few and work towards them.
